WINCHESTER HILL / CUPERNHAM LANE

We have been appointed as Principal Contractor to carry out the S278 Roadworks at the above on behalf of the Abbotswood Consortium.
The works are primarily to widen Winchester Hill and Cupernham Lane and provide a Signalised Junction. The works include Retaining Walls and Deep Drainage.
Works are due to commence on 7th January 2013 and will take up to 6 months.
The initial works will be to carry out preparation works for the Service Diversions. These works shall be carried out under Three Way Traffic Lights.
The main works will then commence on Monday 14th January 2013. In order to reduce disruption on Winchester Hill, Cupernham Lane shall be closed during the remainder of the works. An appropriate Diversion shall be put in place.
Access shall be maintained to properties, however there may be times when this will be restricted for short periods. We shall ensure that this is discussed with you if you are affected.
