Alison’s Road/Queens Avenue , Aldershot
We confirm that we have been appointed by Grainger to carry out the alterations to the existing road network on Alison’s Road and Queens Avenue. These works will include new drainage, full road reconstruction, service diversions, resurfacing and new signage and street lighting.
The works will commence on 23rd May 2022 and will take approximately 100 weeks with completion in June 2024.
The works will be undertaken by predominately reducing the 2 lane carriageway to 1 lane. Temporary traffic signals will be in place and some road closures will be necessary.
The junction of Queens Avenue and Steele's Road will be closed for the Summer Holidays of 2023. Diversions will be in place for this.
Advanced signing will be in place prior to the start date to inform the passing public of the impending works.
The Road will be closed for the duration of the these works.
