New Signalised Junction
We confirm that we have been appointed by Bovis Homes and Persimmon Homes to carry out the S278 Roadworks at the above. These works include the realignment of the carriageway and signalization of the junction.
Associated Street Lighting and Street Furniture will be installed.
These works are part of the new Hatch Farm Development.
It is envisaged that the works will be completed within seventeen weeks but may be subject to change due to factors beyond our collective control.
Advanced signing will be in place prior to the start date to inform the passing public of the impending works.
Due to the sensitivity of the road, works on the carriageway will be carried out off peak where possible. However to accommodate the communities request to maintain two footpaths, 24 hour traffic lights will be used as sparingly as possible.
