We confirm that we have been appointed by Barratt David Wilson to carry out the alterations to the existing road network on Bedhampton Hill and the roundabout over the A3M. These works will include new widened path along Bedhampton Hill, an new path around Bedhampton Roundabout with new signalised crossings and anti skid surfacing., full road widening and construction, service diversions, resurfacing and new signage and street lighting.
The works will commence late May 2024 and completion is programmed for January 2025.
The works will be undertaken by predominately by maintaining the existing two lane
carriageway. The existing path along Bedhampton Hill will be closed for the works
duration and a suitable diversion will be in place. Bedhampton Hill will be closed
overnight from 25/7-
Advanced signing will be in place prior to the start date to inform the passing public of the impending works.
